I Love this rain. It’s the best thing for my denim process.
Not for world peace or the homeless.
Just my denim process.

A big reason why so many people love us, is because we love so many people. Many of you have probably heard of our good friend Ezekiel Phillips, who is going to be the next big Hollywood director. You rarely find him without his camera

and his entourage of talent!

NOT staying true to form (lol) Zeek made a blog, but not just any blog. Alongside Hope Harris

who is another very talented director, came Apple Box. The unique name for the blog chronicles all of the experiences of the two directors. If you want to watch true talent be chronicled, visit
their blog AppleBox and SPREAD THE LOVE!

So I just set up the blog on my phone. Homecoming was great! Pretty Nasty got well, uh, nevermind I’ll save that for later. We all had anamzing time!
Anyway shouts to Warner for the bday cake last week meant a lot. Some flics of the weekend:

Just a quick update for Craig and Todd (they be on my top like that):
Been listening to Northstar “Pollyanna” and everything by The Strokes. Television (the band, not the device) has been getting some spins alot lately too.
The Quarter Hug is still my favorite blog.
Carl turned 20 and I bought him a cake.
Vito is sitting in my lap and keeps pressing the esc key, I think we’re both planning one.
Video: LA band “Girls” Aaron Brown directed video for their single “Lust for Life”
Video: The second Aaron Brown directed video for “Hellhole Ratrace”
I haven’t stopped listening to this record since I bought it last week. It’s a really beautiful listen.
Pitchfork Media and ABC did a short review of their amazing record “Album” right here.
Check out the homie Kent from Overdoz new video LATLien! If you guys remember, Kent and the bros always stay at our spot when they’re in town for a few days. Directed by our good friend Ezekiel Phillips of On the Apple Box. Wave and I both stopped by the shoot to check it out. Crazy thing, but there was a set of twins there who looked EXACTLY like me and Wave, go figure I guess. Check out the video and be sure to show my homie some love next time he’s in ATL.
Ah, I remember it like it was yesterday. I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC with my family the Summer before I started middle school. I had just found out about “real” punk rock from my friend who use to skateboard outside of the mall and always tell me “You know, there’s more to this shit than banana costumes and record sales”. So I bought AFI’s “All Hollows” EP for $4.99 and picked up The Misfits “Collection” based off the strength that AFI were huge fans. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be the same dude today if it weren’t for me finding The Misfits, and sticking out like a sore thumb at the local punk shows I would attend as a kid. I don’t know, i’ve been reminiscing as of late about what I USE to love and what I STILL love. And The Misfits will always be in my top five bands ever. So take a minute to appreciate guys.

I’m probably hype for this but oh well. Warner and I had a really good picture on the front of the sophomore section in the yearbook, my Grandmother was proud. Click after the jump for the close up and this will have to do since we overslept for official school pictures.

So the Popeyes in the West End of Atlanta, Georgia has done it. No they aren’t giving out free chicken this isn’t Oprah but they do have a new touch screen soda machine that has over 100+ choices including peach and raspberry Fanta, orange and lime Coca-Cola, strawberry, fruit punch, and grape Vault and whatever else you can imagine. We’re going to start going up there just to play with it.
