If you check out our blog on the regular, than your probably familiar with the guy on the right, or atleast the brand that he created. And if you know the guy on the right, than i’m very impressed. Before Cudi had his own limited tee and Jermaine Dupri thought it would be a great idea to look even more like a toddler, Nigo and Jun Takahashi (creator of Japanese brand UNDERCOVER) co-owned a little boutique by the name of NOWHERE.

Well, recently NOWHERE has opened back up and the fine gentlemen of Hypebeast sat down with boys of these guys to get an inside scoop on what’s been going on with the shop. Please click after the jump for a link to the interview, as well as photos of NOWHERE’s interior, which is very aesthetically pleasing.

And I think it’s so dope that boy Nigo went and copyrighted his name. Boss.

We just wanted to thank Hoops 4 Hope, Button Up America, and The American Cancer Society for having us play in their tournament this past weekend. We had alot of fun, even though we lost in the very first game. But I scored two points, and didn’t make homie lose his $400 bet (that was his own fault). Wave has a whole tops card of his achievements that he plans on mailing to Duke, but he wants you to know that he did well. And sorry this picture is so lame, but I didn’t want to pull my camera out infront of so many “celebrities”. You know, act like you’ve been somewhere.

I like to think that one of the greatest ways to make a person feel comfortable in their own skin is to make them laugh. It just releases the tension out of one’s hard day if you ask me.

Fun fact, I suck at basketball but can probably make you feel comfortable, and Wave still thinks he can play basketball. Thus, Wave and I agreed to participate in the Hoops 4 Hope Charity Basketball Game at Morehouse College tomorrow! When I first heard about the organization Hoops 4 Hope I was very eager to work with them as they fight for a cause that is very dear to all of the BSP’s hearts. Button Up America and The American Cancer Society are two organizations that I am very proud to say I served my civic duty with.

Now, don’t laugh when I get dunked on. Wave still thinks he’s got it (I’m thinking Jordan for the Wizards though).

More info about the event tomorrow after the jump. I know that the price is a bit outrageous ($20), and you’re probably thinking “none of you have ANY right to consider yourself a “celebrity”, but it is really for a great cause that I am proud to support. After having family members and loved ones fight and succumb to cancer we both feel that it is a great opportunity to raise money for two equally amazing foundations.

Today was day 26 in the gym. This working out stuff isn’t that bad as long as I wake up at a decent hour. I think were still running off those Miami calories. Nothing but working out and Chow Baby (who gave me a boot for parking in a handicap spot for 3 minutes).

Mr Chow first opened in London on Valentine’s Day 1968 with top chefs serving authentic Beijing cuisine and with evolving creative recipes overtime.  Since opening the first restaurant in London Mr Chow has opened in various locations including Beverly Hills, New York, and since yesterday Miami.  The family was invited to the “really exclusive 50 people, riiiiiiiight” opening. The ambiance, yes ambiance of the restaurant was great.   I’ve never been anywhere that had 6 waiters to every table and were able to finish each other sentences. It was funny but was great. They told us Mr. Chow’s life story while we dined on different items from the menu and enough drank to make anyone nauseous. My favorite part of the meal was the squab lettuce wraps. Yep, we eat pigeons now. More pics after the jump.

Last week Warner did a feature on a conversation that he did with out good friend Todd from Chit Life. Not only did he join us (and many linen clad drunks) in the Hamptons over the weekend but he also shared his thoughts on Michael Jackson with me. I don't know what's more entertaining watching him talk about the Remember The Times video or Warner blurting out anti Fox and CNN thoughts with no filter. This was only the beginning of the trip. And Mark is still getting monkey poo thrown at him for those green trunks. Check after the jump for the video.

Fourth Of July In The Hamptons Begins…

GQ’s Man Of The Year

I don’t know if it’s obvious, but I really really love The Smiths. My favorite records by them are probably Louder Than Bombs or The Queen is Dead (it’s not an accident yellow flowers are in the City Snapshot’s press photos). This past Friday Wave and I went to Secondhand Rose Vinyl in the Village. It’s a nice store, and they probably have whatever you are looking for, usually originals, at a sometimes decent price. I picked up an original copy of Morrissey and Co’s major label debut.

Everyone accuses The Smiths of being so gloomy and morose, but it’s actually quite the opposite if you ask me. I can’t really think of two many lyricists as funny as Morrissey. Here’s my theory: you have to be able to laugh at yourself and appreciate irony to find The Smiths funny. It also helps if you read it outloud. So before we went out Friday night I tested this idea on Mark, who thought it was all bullshit. Let’s see how it plays out.

Check after the jump for the meaning behind the song Frankly Mr. Shankly from their 1986 album The Queen is Dead.
