A few years ago during my freshman year I met two cool ass people, Ruby Veridiano-Ching and Adriel Luis were two guest poets in Jazzmans who I never thought I would end up being cool with. Turns out we exchanged info and the story has been the same ever since. They keep making hot shit, I keep supporting it!

The two are apart of one truly talented team of four (including Nico and Dahlak) called ill-literacy. The group’s EP was released TODAY and to help them Brownstone wants you to go and download their shit @ www.ill-literacy.com.

Halloween is Saturday.

A big reason why so many people love us, is because we love so many people. Many of you have probably heard of our good friend Ezekiel Phillips, who is going to be the next big Hollywood director. You rarely find him without his camera

and his entourage of talent!

The story of Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein’s untimely death reached media outlets yesterday.  Goldstein’s death comes just about 11 months after he survived a plane crash with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. There has been speculation about what has caused Goldstein’s death but we won’t participate in the rumors. However from surviving a plane crash, having severe injuries, and going through a tumultuous break up the news of Goldstein’s death has still shocked many people. Wow so junior year starts tomorrow. Not that anyone really cares but I have 4 classes tomorrow. Damn where did Summer go? It seems like yesterday we were moving into our spot in Manhattan and now tomorrow “Principles of Management” will take over my life.

ohh this is so bad, I’m typing this after just leaving a party. I swear we will post pics later but thanks for the recent activity. I’ve seen a lot of hits to the blog thanks guys.
